  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  •  Provide Details: Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  •  Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, ensuring that all tags are intact.
  • Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect the product(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria.
  • Refund or Exchange: If the returned item(s) meet our return criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method or offer an exchange, as per your preference. 

Exceptions:
  •  Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
  •  Items purchased during promotional events or clearance sales may have different return conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
